We help you achieve this through the selection of a life-stage specialty course which will include developing practical learning skill development within that stage of life. Your first course is six weeks and includes your core health coach training, plus the content and curriculum for that stage of life. Each additional life-stage specialty builds upon the core foundational knowledge acquired in your first course. Health Coach Certification FAMILIES In the Families course, students learn a proven method to help clients and their families develop healthy habits to prevent nutrition-related diseases, improve health, and enhance learning and behavior. Families CourseHealth Coach Certification ADULTS & SENIORS In the Adults & Seniors course, students learn to empower adults with information to sharpen thinking, boost energy, prevent age-related diseases, and take charge of their health. Adults & Seniors CourseHealth Coach Certification PREGNANCY In the Pregnancy course, students learn to guide pregnant and new moms toward a healthy pregnancy and baby, a smooth delivery and recovery, and optimal pre- and post-natal nutrition practices. Pregnancy CourseHealth Coach Certification MASTER COURSE In the Master Training, students will learn advanced coaching through a live interactive course focusing on the psychology of coaching. Students will learn advanced skills when working with clients in a one-on-one setting. Become a Master Certified Health Coach (MCHC), and qualify to sit for the NBHWC National Board Exam.
